Trying To Send Out Emails To Clients? How To Avoid Getting On The Blacklist

If you've just created a website, the name of the game is getting new clients to come on board. A great way to do this is to create a newsletter and send it out on a regular basis. However, until your website gains a certain amount of traffic, your web address can easily be considered spam. If this happens, your emails will immediately be sent to the 'Spam' folder in any email recipients account. You want to avoid this because it means that your clients won't receive the correspondence that you send out. Listed below are a few tips that can keep you off of the dreaded 'Spam' list.

Keep Solicitations Out Of Your Emails

One of the quickest ways to end up in the 'Spam' folder is to solicit in every email that you send out. Sure, you want your customers to purchase your products. The problem is that no one wants to feel like they are only being used so that another person is able to make money. You want to send emails that are relevant and informative, without all of the subtle selling tactics.

What this means is that you should strive to build an authentic customer base without thinking that you have to beg. Create content that is engaging and makes the viewer want to look at it.

For example, if you have a website up that is devoted to selling shoes, why not send out emails describing which shoes work best for certain occasions? There may be people out there who don't realize that you can dress up a pair of tennis shoes for an evening event if you know how to go about it. Make it fun and exciting and watch the traffic head your way without having to do a lot of pushing.

Ask Subscribers To Add You To Their Address Books

If you really want to make sure that your emails don't end up in the 'Spam' folder, ask your subscribers to put your "From" email into their address books. This is a surefire way to bypass the 'Spam' folder because it demonstrates that the reader is actually interested in your content and wants to hear what you have to say.

Avoiding common mistakes is the key to a successful marketing plan. Following these tips means that more of the emails you send out will be seen by the people that you want to reach. Contact a company like IPTrading.com for more information and assistance.
